Inflow of Raw Material

At Aesthetic Stampings, buffer stock of various grades of material is available throughout the year of reputed manufacturers, which, provides an edge over its competitors. -
Slitting
photos/sitting.jpgThe company has slitting lines of world renowned make Sacma - Italy and Lapper Hall - USA which are used for slitting the wide coils. These machines can slit coils up to 1000 mm width with 5 tons load capacity.
One more line is being commissioned to slit coil up to 1300 mm width with 10 tons load capacity.
The plant has adequate slitting capacity to cater its time framed production requirements. -
High Speed Progression Lines
photos/hspl.jpgThe Plant is equipped with the latest High Speed Progression Lines (HSL) from world renowned manufacturers like Schuler, Minster, ESSA and Fair Oaks with facilities for running auto stitched stator stack, and, auto stitched and auto skew rotor tooling.
The capacity ranges from 80 Tons to 360 Tons with large bed size to accommodate larger sized tools and strip width up to 600 mm. -
Blanking Line
photos/blanking.jpgThe Company has 400 tons Blanking Press Line with bed size up to 1800 mm, with 1200 mm wide, servo feeder, decoiler and straightner, which is installed to cater large circular and segmental stampings requirements of customers.
To support medium range circular stampings, the company uses single stroke 160 tons capacity presses. -
Notching
photos/notching.jpgThe Plant is equipped with Notching Machines from reputed manufacturers like Schuler. The capacity ranges from 8 to 16 Tons and maximum diameter of 1400 mm. These machines are equipped with skip and spiral skew notching.

Packaging
photos/packaging1.jpgFollowing rigorous quality testing at various levels, the product is ready for dispatch. Before dispatching the product, sea-worthy packing with proper labeling and identifications marks are ensured to ensure trouble free unloading at customer end.
